One of the preeminent and most singular voices in UK electronic music, Ninja Tune's Actress brings his experimental electronic music to Good Room in December. His latest album AZD is self described as “Non-dance based civilian mind groove, mapped to an external soul beyond the collapsing black hole". His music links together various forms of language — Midi globalised language, Lyrical language, Tikal Graffiti code and various other Synthesiser language — to create one intelligent musical instrument called AZD.

He will be joined by Veronica Vasicka and Eartheater. Minimal Wave founder Vasicka has been a staple in the coldwave scene for over a decade, releasing forgotten electronic tracks of the 80s. She also releases new music by herself and other synth artists via her second label, Cititrax. Queens based artist Alexandra Drewchin, aka Eartheater, distills foley-filled digital production, a three-octave vocal range, and classical composition into works suspended between obsessively detailed sonic tapestries and almost recklessly romantic and gestural electronica. A body of viscerally emotive live performance stands alongside her recorded output, realized by her fearless physical investment and gut-wrenching vocal sincerity.

The Long Count Cycle's DJ Scallywag is on warm up duties for the evening. mnmlktchn is taking over the Bad Room with special guest Patricia plus Henry Chow and Michel Harruch.
