Carousel Presents - Mathew Jonson (live) & Traumer - Friday 7th June

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With a reignition of our beloved in-house events, we welcome two greats into our haven for a night of impeccable music and endless entertainment. With the King’s Birthday a few days away, we’ve called in two of our own to get down for a Friday night boogie. Mathew Jonson with his infamous live set, and Traumer: The fine French wine.

If you don’t know, Mathew Jonson is a musical pioneer within the realms of dance music, his production and back catalogue of music is absolutely impeccable, especially because of the quality. His live show is one of the best, which has left him in extreme demand, so we are very fortunate to be able to showcase his inexplicable talent on this fine Friday night. His musical genius background comes from being a classically trained Pianist, and with the ever evolving world of Jazz drumming, which has enabled him to stand out and generate a distinctive sound in such a sonically saturated market. Mathew Jonson live show? Yes please.

The one and only Traumer rounds out our showcase; dubby chords, beautiful synths, pumping drums… You name it, Traumer’s made it. The studio aficionado and Gettraum founder, comes back to Australian soil with his endless supply of tunes, mixed with his breathtaking presence and stature in the booth. Yet again, being such an impressive figure has taken him all around the world, with stand out performances each time, the demand for artistry at this level is unbelievable. Ageing like a fine French wine, Traumer has a timeless attitude, ready for anything that comes his way and will once again deliver a breathtaking performance.

With the local support still to be announced there’s still plenty more excitement to come, stay tuned!

See you on the dance floor!
