COCOON IBIZA – 14th August 2017

Mid season Cocoon and we hope you have been enjoying this frantic ride that is leaving skidmarks across the Island. Cocoon 18 is expressing Ibiza perhaps when it most matters. The party is on a Monday. No better example than last week when the Sven / Richie show came to town again and gave us a glorious terrace that for some brought a tear to the eye because these guys are more relevant than ever. Modern music for Ibiza dancers was also spurting out of the main room courtesy of Adam Beyer. The man is just cool as a cucumber as he drags you in to yet another sublime set. On top of that Ilario dealt his cards and Markus Fix had a massive early crowd to play with. We are beaming with pride in the middle of August.

Where now for week 12? The menu is peachy :

On the terrace :

SVEN VÄTH
Storming through another season Sven is back where we want him, closing the night in Amnesia. After last weeks heroics he went on to deliver an after party that glowed and the man seems to be both ageless and to possess a record collection as big as a cruise liner. Enjoy another week with one of the greats.

KiNK LIVE
We cannot say enough about Kink and his live antics. It is something so immediate and this balance between full throttle and an underlying melodic substance grabs you by the sleeves and will not let you go for an hour or more.

ÂME DJ
Kristian, long time friend and one of those performers who has sneaked his way ever more into the limelight. His distinctive approach to a set offers you a very classy way to start your night on the terrace

In the Club :

NINA KRAVIZ
There cannot be many more potent artists out there right now, Nina flies various flags always without fear and always surprising. That is the beauty - you never quite know what to expect and so prepare yourself for another Kraviz journey that takes no prisoners. Find your spot and surf her frequencies

BEN UFO
This unexplained phenomena has been marauding up and down peoples spinal columns for many a month now and we are delighted to have this most in demand of Dj’s with us tonight for his only Cocoon Ibiza show this season. Ben UFO in the main room. Boom. Don’t miss him

EINZELKIND
Man does he know his stuff and he is now popping up all over the place. Our friend Arno is a gem, such a gem that this very Monday the latest mix CD on Cocoon Recordings is released with The Einzelkind side being mixed only from his own productions. Sheer class and please set your alarm for him

18 years of spirit and spice.
