COCOON IBIZA – 4th September 2017

We were lost in space in Amnesia last week. The day and night that matters. A Monday that brought us Ricardo and Luciano b2b for many hours on the terrace, after a moving escapade with Sonja Moonear. So special, particularly for your humble and very blind writer who lost his glasses on a heaving dancefloor and yet still everyone nearby stopped and searched through the dry ice. Ta. Cocoon people and their bouncing warm hearts. Over the way three other performances that sung. tINI started and Rodhad led to Beyer and it was another room to make you swoon from beginning to end. In every corner of the club there was beautiful noise

It is September, gosh :

On the terrace :

RICHIE HAWTIN

Only one more of the Richie exclusives after this so get your skates on pop pickers and just take a piece of this cake before it is too late. Especially when the supporting cast is this amazing

ADAM BEYER

His once a year sets here have become part of our delicious annual sonic furniture as you get to experience Mr Beyer in a totally different way. Every one has been a gem and tonight preceding Richie you can expect more surprises from one of the most important artists anywhere.

HITO

Is here to ooze you into another sensational night on the terrace and she is fully equipped for the job. Kimono my house? Maybe, but Hito also has techno vinyl piled high in her bags and this will be an interesting first look for many of us. Do not miss it.

In the Club :

BEN KLOCK

And here is another annual feature. The ludicrously good looking Ben Klock (who annoyingly is also a stunningly good Dj) rolls up for what will no doubt be a butt shuddering last few hours in the main room complete with his moody techno overtones. A main room specialist

SLAM

The no mercy Scottish scoundrels are back in the park and your humble writer will not miss a second of their brilliantly ruthless offering and will attempt to keep his glasses on

NASTIA

A scintillating set in July and so high time we had some more main room magic from this rising star. You will get a lot of bass and a lot of class from the second the doors open tonight

Another six pack of the highest quality for you to pick your way through.
