Leon Vynehall likes to fuck with expectations. Over the years, he’s released albums that weren’t albums, merged disparate musical worlds from House to Jazz, created live shows that moved against the grain of their club context, and preferred all-night residencies when everybody else was cashing in on festival sets. A lot has transpired since his last visit to Jaeger. His album “rare forever” and accompanying live show shed a new light and brought an even larger audience to his music, while as a DJ he’s now firmly installed in that upper echelon of clubland’s most wanted selectors. He’s back in the intimate space of our basement for an all-nighter session while g-HA & Olanskii keep it cosy in our backyard from the sauna.
