London label, soundsystem, and events series, Greco-Roman take over our basement with Joe Goddard bringing Greek DJ George T along for the ride.

Joe Goddard, most notably known for his work in the band Hot Chip, has established Greco-Roman alongside Dom Mentsh and Alex Full Nelson as a label that releases colourful music for dark dance floors. The label’s alumni includes Goddard as himself, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur, Hackman and Disclosure. Greco-Roman is more than just a label however and have become as known as a DJ collective, Soundsystem and events series throughout its London / Berlin habitat.

Breaking out as that unmistakeable baritone in Hot Chip, Joe Goddard has also carved out a unique solo career for himself, with releases on Greco-Roman (where else) and on Southern Fried as one half of The 2 Bears. He brings humour and charm to music on record, a polychromatic allure that seeps into everything Greco-Roman, including Greco-Roman Soundsystem guests like George T.

George’s eclectic musical personality is one that is comparable to Greco-Roman’s ideology and together they’ll bring a radiant diorama to Jæger’s basement for one night, while Nightflight keeps us entertained upstairs.
