ReSolute Under The Bridge with Ricardo Villalobos, O.BEE & Tomas Station, Triana y Hermana Juana is on Sat, Jun 1, 2024 at Under the K Bridge, New York. Lineup: Ricardo Villalobos.
ReSolute presents Ricardo Villalobos for a rare NYC appearance. A true legend and pioneer of the scene we know today, Ricardo Villalobos career began in the early 90's and has stayed strong to the present day. Known for his vast catalog of productions and extended remixes, as well as his lengthy DJ sets. Ricardo's mixing style has been an inspiration to an entire generation of DJs and his worldwide reputation has been well earned. With a cult-like world wide following of "Ricardistas" we are sure to have a special day under the bridge this summer.
Triana y Hermana Juana is a unique act on the London scene blending elements of Colombian and Caribbean music with jazz and funk, they perform a unique and hypnotizing sound using a mixture of acoustic and electronic instruments. Following the experimentations at club residencies they have continued to push the boundaries of their sound with the addition of synthesizers, drum machines, and sequencers. The result is an intoxicating mix of psychedelic Latin dance music, accompanied by the sounds of the synths, horns, flute, percussion, and drums. We look forward to seeing you under the bridge this Saturday!
The event will also feature support from our beloved resident duo O.BEE & Tomas Station. The co-founders of the Can You Jigit label & party series have been busy the past couple years with a busy international touring schedule and a string of successful releases on the label.
Secure your spot for what is sure to be one for the history books!
NOTE REGARDING SEÑOR COCONUT:
Due to unforeseeable delays in the visa application process at the US Embassy in Chile, Señor Coconut and his Orchestra will be postponing their US debut to a later date. We tried our very hardest to make this date happen for Señor Coconut, and although all visa paperwork was approved, a combination of the Embassy's internal delays and holiday closures made it impossible to pull off at the last minute. We will be announcing a new date for Señor Coconut as soon as we can. If you would like to receive a refund, email resolutenyc@gmail.com with your ticket order number and we will take care of it.
