About HALTE Festival

HALTE Festival is one of Montreal’s most exciting emerging electronic music gatherings, offering a bold, open-air celebration of underground sounds, urban culture, and immersive art. Set in an industrial-chic outdoor setting, HALTE transforms the city into a raw, rhythmic playground that pulses with cutting-edge beats and forward-thinking creativity. Curated by some of Montreal’s most respected collectives and promoters, HALTE showcases a carefully selected lineup of techno, house, experimental, and bass artists—both local talents and international heavyweights. The festival emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and freedom of expression, creating a space where music and community come together in powerful, unfiltered ways. With its stripped-back aesthetic, vibrant visuals, food trucks, art installations, and a truly Montreal vibe, HALTE is more than just a music festival—it’s a cultural movement redefining how we gather, dance, and connect. Take a break from the ordinary. Join the underground. Discover HALTE.
