Ely Oaks is a nerdy producer kid born & raised in Austria with half Italian roots. His passion for producing music and writing songs came from his family, in which music always played a big part in his daily live. Both his step-father and real father have been producing music and have been part of underground music cultures. After starting to play keyboard in bands where Ely was usually kicked out as he didn’t practice playing his instrument enough, he really got swallowed by the urge to create music when he first got a DAW (digital audio workstation) in his hand. His father at this time taught him all the basics of modern electronic music production. Being involved in several different music projects within the electronic music realm and with more than 8 years of production experience and ‚nerdism’ Ely decided to create his own brand to push the next generation of house music and blend in commercial elements with long existing, deep, history rooted house grooves. #NEXTGENHOUSE He seeks his main motivation for creating new music through melodies that evoke feelings and that brings you to new, undiscovered emotional highs. Ely constantly shared this passion with his father, who unfortunately passed away in 2017 due to a sudden heart failure. After a hard time dealing, for the first time in his life, with the loss of a loved one, especially one that he shared a special emotional bond with because of music, Ely decided to dedicate his life making the best music he possibly can and achieving goals his father always wanted him to achieve. Wherever his father might be, Ely carries this goal in mind to make him proud at the end of the day
